Ms Wilson and Dr Golrich made a potentially stressful, painful event less so and even made it fun at times. Going to the dentist is normally not fun, nor even desirable, but obviously Dr Golrich cares for his staff, makes their work enjoyable (just ask them how long they've been working there), which makes it more comfortable for the patients. Alice did a very complete teeth cleaning, but was also gentle. No bleeding! I will definitely request her for future visits and for recommending to others. Dr. Glorich was friendly and efficient as usual.
Brenda and the staff are very courteous and friendly. They take time to explain any of my concerns.
It would be helpful to find a tapped keg in the waiting room. And maybe some chilled mugs.
Grafton Smile Care is absolutely the best dentist office I have ever dealt with. I will never change and have, and will continue to, refer friends and family.
