I mistakenly went to Dr. Golrich's office yesterday, when my actual appointment was scheduled for today. They worked me in so I didn't have to come back and I didn't have to wait that long. I first starting going to this dental office when I moved to Yorktown in the late 1980's. Since that time, I have continued to come back, even while living in Hampton and Virginia Beach, where I currently reside. Grafton Smile Care is great. Excellent notification and reminder service. Makes it easier for me to remember my appointments and allows me the choice on whether or not I want to fill in for a cancelled appointment.
Sorry that I'm boring. But I try to keep my teeth clean and Alice works hard to get where I don't to make my teeth pearly white.
My entire family has been cared for by this practice for > 15 years. The doctors and staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Scheduling is convenient and punctual. I have never been taken back for an appointment after the scheduled appointment time. I highly recommend the practice.
