Alice did a very good job with my cleaning and is consistently polite, friendly, and considerate. Dr. Golrich listened to my concern with a problem I'm having with food lodging between my molars, and recommended a solution at a quickly scheduled future appointment.

This is the ONLY dental office EVER in my life since I was a kid that I'm not a total mess going to. I've had almost everything awful happen to my teeth over the years and almost every time it's been a traumatic experience. Grafton Smilecare's team doesn't ever make me feel uncomfortable (despite me being terrified sometimes). And the compassion when I have an emergency (including the first time I visited after flying in from California with an abscess) is something I've never seen from any group in my life. I absolutely LOVE LOVE Brenda. I can feel myself completely relax to the point I could fall asleep. I feel like I am at home when I am in her chair.
