Service towards the client is an expectation, but Dr. Goldrich's receptionist and staff go beyond and provide solutions to issue or make the appointment for your convenience. Dr. Goldrich quickly assessed my issue and promptly resolved it without another appointment. He explained what had happened and the consequences I may feel for a few more days. It always helps to be knowledgeable about issue one is having. Thank you to Dr. Goldrich and his staff.
