Very friendly and professional staff.
Dr. Golrich and his staff always take their time with me and take great care of me. This is why I have been a patient for 30 years and I drive to Yorktown from Virginia Beach.
Patty, at the front desk, is awesome, and it is always a pleasure speaking with her. Whatever I needed things to understand, she explains it very well; she is an asset to medical community. Next, is Brenda, the one who cleans my choppers. She knows her "stuff". She is an excellent in doing her job. Brenda always make sure my teeth is whites as snow. My wait is always short. The hygienist is awesome. She is friendly, gentle on the teeth and very meticulous. The dentist is personable as well as professional. I have been seeing them cor years and never considered going anywhere else!
You guys don't have to change a thing!! You ALL do a wonderful job. Your office is ALWAYS neat and clean, everyone speaks to you, Patti and Alice are THE BEST!! and you, Dr. Golrich, are the best...friendly, yet professional and truly make me feel at ease and most confident in your assessment and suggested "plan" for my dental health....I love you all!
