Deeply disappointed in Graffiti Removal Services. I had been paying them out of pocket monthly, to clean up chalk I provide to a local park for community use — only to discover in person that they already had a city contract to service the exact same park. They (GRS) were knowingly charging me while apparently simultaneously billing the state for the same work. As evidence, they regularly continue to service cleaning the park to this day..
