They were very responsive on the selling side but have been MIA since instillation. Short cuts were taken during their installation and now I have the speaker rattling noise and sound distortion as a result. For the installation fee and promise of warranty you’d think they’d be responsive but their customer service is very very poor and I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.
Excellent installation service. Don’t mess around with Best Buy etc. They match price and know what they are doing. After Geek Squad totally messed up our system, Dante straightened everything out!!
I wouldn't recommend you do business with this company they advertise they purchase audio equipment and then when you ask them they say no we don't buy audio equipment so they're deceptive and lying I wouldn't trust their reputation and as a minister of Jesus Christ I would say this is deception
I can not recommend these guys enough. I had a different idea for my mancave home theater system. Dante tactfully and respectfully steered me into another more amazing direction. I’m so happy with the results!
Great service and advice on purchasing, installation and set-up. I’ve used them twice before and will use them again now that I’m moving again. They know what they’re doing.
