My boyfriend and I went here for a nice romantic dinner. We both love Italian food so we were looking forward to our reservation at Graffiato. The service was sub-par. Our waitress was very lackadaisical and didn't seem too interested in serving us. The food was just okay, lacked seasoning, which is very surprising for Italian cuisine. Small and salty plates, pricey food, a bit noisy waiters. Interior is good as well as the quality of products and playlist, but it was still a disappointing experience for a Zagat-rated restaurant
