Had bad experience with Daniel where I relied on him to put an offer for a condo that I liked and that he was listing. He accepted the idea of dual agent and promised to work with me on that. But then he accepted an other offer and closed the sell without keeping his word of considering my offer. I would have appreciated if he either let me apply through another agent or kept his word of considering my offer. It also being a learned lesson for me that you have to have a good trustworthy agent on you side.
