I just got my braces off recently and my teeth look amazing. All the staff is so sweet and kind. Dr. Graff is very funny and overall great. At the end I started having Dr.Liy and he is just as great as Graff. They are like a big family I love them all😊
They are knowledgeable and professional all while making you feel at ease. As an adult I used them and was very satisfied with the process and my results. Now my grandson goes there and I am just as satisfied. They identified a problem that others had missed. I would recommend them to anyone and have.
Taking good precautions against Covid.
Price gauging post COVID: Avoid this orthodontist and poorly run front office! Quoted us $250 for braces removal and retainer came back today for appointment and demanded $500 payment for services. They were supposed to bill our insurance but the front desk said they cant bill our insurance because "we arent patients." I believe removing braces and creating a retainer constitutes a patient.
