One of the worst experience, I dropped my vehicle on Jan 13th for a minor hit, I have to leave my car for 10 days and later I received a call saying they could not get the right part and they have no ETA and asked me to take the car back. I dont understand how can they order a wrong part two times. I could get the same part in 2 days. Pathetic experience.

Please never take your car here. They will keep your car longer than ever necessary, they will not call you to follow up about your vehicle or any part delays, even when you call and they say "give me a minute and ill call you right back". And they will try and blame your insurance for any inconvenience encountered. Disgusting levels of customer service, especially around a holiday when just telling me they are too booked to reasonably look at my car was all that was needed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

So far, so good. Took my Blazer in yesterday for a deer hit repair, everyone has been helpful in getting through the estimate, paperwork, etc. It holiday season, they say about 3 weeks, so thats understandable. They say all parts they know of are in, so hope all goes well as I don't have car rental, and 3 weeks is a long time having to depend on someone for transportation. My brother had work done there, so, will see. Graff is a good name, have good people, now the waiting begins. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all there. Entering WEEK 3... read more

4/5 = Very pleased, they provided thorough service. I felt very comfortable picking it up knowing I'd be safe in my vehicle. Their intake process was swift and I was walked through everything cleanly. They have a super clean facility and got right to the point when I got there. I as able to get it in reasonably quickly. What would've made it a 5 = Once it was in, generally speaking I had to call myself to get updates and I would have appreciated if they'd automatically sent me updates as the date shifted beyond what was orig... read more
