They took 6 weeks to get the job done. They promised to pay for the rental car after the insurance coverage expired. They never talked to the rental car company and I got charged. Chuck Dittenber told me I’d receive a check for the charge because the only reason we needed a rental car was because Graff was taking too long. Prior to today, I've had several repairs done by this place that turned out fine, but I made an appointment for an estimate for today, they took down my insurance info at the time I scheduled, and then I get there at the scheduled time and the person did not even try to look for the file which surely existed because I scheduled the time to come in and instead asked which insurance and then proclaimed *I've never heard of this insurance company and basically just work for progressive.". Very friendly
One of the worst experience, I dropped my vehicle on Jan 13th for a minor hit, I have to leave my car for 10 days and later I received a call saying they could not get the right part and they have no ETA and asked me to take the car back. I dont understand how can they order a wrong part two times. I could get the same part in 2 days. Pathetic experience.
