Prior to today, I've had several repairs done by this place that turned out fine, but I made an appointment for an estimate for today, they took down my insurance info at the time I scheduled, and then I get there at the scheduled time and the person did not even try to look for the file which surely existed because I scheduled the time to come in and instead asked which insurance and then proclaimed *I've never heard of this insurance company and basically just work for progressive.". Very friendly
One of the worst experience, I dropped my vehicle on Jan 13th for a minor hit, I have to leave my car for 10 days and later I received a call saying they could not get the right part and they have no ETA and asked me to take the car back. I dont understand how can they order a wrong part two times. I could get the same part in 2 days. Pathetic experience.
Please never take your car here. They will keep your car longer than ever necessary, they will not call you to follow up about your vehicle or any part delays, even when you call and they say "give me a minute and ill call you right back". And they will try and blame your insurance for any inconvenience encountered. Disgusting levels of customer service, especially around a holiday when just telling me they are too booked to reasonably look at my car was all that was needed. Would give 0 stars if possible.
So far, so good. Took my Blazer in yesterday for a deer hit repair, everyone has been helpful in getting through the estimate, paperwork, etc. It holiday season, they say about 3 weeks, so thats understandable. They say all parts they know of are in, so hope all goes well as I don't have car rental, and 3 weeks is a long time having to depend on someone for transportation.
