4/5 = Very pleased, they provided thorough service. I felt very comfortable picking it up knowing I'd be safe in my vehicle. Terrific work. Responsive and fair with information. My only constructive feedback is to proactively communicate (email!) if a repair timeline updates/changes. An update to my repair timeline made me a little nervous since I had an important event coming up, for which I needed my car, but everything worked out fine. We've had our vehicles repaired here a couple times. The estimates have been accurate, work has been completed in a timely fashion, and the repairs have been done well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Graff worked with our insurance company to make the process as easy as possible.
