Highly recommend, we knew repair was gonna take awhile they set up a rental vehicle for us! Communication was key to our experience Chuck and Will are great to work with and helped us along the way with insurance, rental, timelines etc. The repairs were done right and you can’t tell anything happen to the vehicle. Thank you Graff Collision team !
They took 6 weeks to get the job done. They promised to pay for the rental car after the insurance coverage expired. They never talked to the rental car company and I got charged. Chuck Dittenber told me I’d receive a check for the charge because the only reason we needed a rental car was because Graff was taking too long. Prior to today, I've had several repairs done by this place that turned out fine, but I made an appointment for an estimate for today, they took down my insurance info at the time I scheduled, and then I get there at the scheduled time and the person did not even try to look for the file which surely existed because I scheduled the time to come in and instead asked which insurance and then proclaimed *I've never heard of this insurance company and basically just work for progressive.".
