I recently called Graff after seeing some offers on their website for cars within my budget. I spoke with Abbey, who took the time to walk me through a range of options. While vehicles tend to sell quickly there, Abbey connected me with a sales rep and helped me get a better understanding of the upcoming inventory and what would best fit my budget. The transparency and honesty they provided were refreshing, and if any of my friends are in the market for a vehicle, I’ll definitely be recommending Graff.
We purchased a grand cherokee there last fall, we were told by the salesman, that we know this car well we've done all the maintenance and repairs. Well, Just recently found out someone put a bunch of stop leak in the radiator. We have done nothing to this vehicle so it had to been the dealer. Now. we have a grand cherokee that needs a new motor. So, I guess Graff won't be getting our repeat business.
I drove two hours to Graff CDJR in Rockford to see a 2015 Yukon XL they had listed. The photos made the vehicle look clean, but when I arrived, I found a cracked windshield, rusted rockers, a hole in the tailgate, tarnished rims, and a rust spot on the passenger-side fender — none of which were visible in the listing photos or mentioned online. Before we even sat down to discuss price, I had already pulled the Kelley Blue Book value myself, using the correct mileage (231,000 miles) and accounting for the visible damage. The ... read more
