We just purchased a new 2026 Ram 2500 Big Horn truck and had an awesome experience! It started with Kaden, our salesperson. Drove 90 miles to look at Ram 1500. Was met by salesman Austin (don’t call me Richard :0)who was kind, honest and very personable. We were able to get a price that I thought was fair to both us. Process was seamless. Would highly recommend working with Austin!! He was an exceptional young man!
Absolutely horrible experience. At the end of my lease turn in, they said they wanted my Jeep and allowed me to drive it while the new vehicle I ordered was being built. They actually represented that they called the lessee and obtained extension on my lease. I found out that did not actually happen when the lessee actually showed up in my driveway to repossess my Jeep. They then fired the GM who said he would take care of all expenses associated with Jeep. If you are looking for a Jeep/Dodge, go to Fox.
Called for some mechanic work to be done seemed like honest good people.
Timmothy in customer service has very poor customer service. Have a 2018 Alfa Romeo that’s been giving me problems, tried to get answers and was talked to very disrespectful and wasn’t helped at all. Now if I were to go to the dealership and cause a scene I’d be the problem. Get yall employees act together before it turns into a problem
