Believe the multiple reviews where other people have described this company as "thieves" because they will do any and everything, legal or not, to have you pay them for doing absolutely anything. They frequently are in violation of RCWs and landlord tenant law. They are frequently and regularly short staffed, which draws a logical conclusion that they have a very toxic work environment as well. This company is a joke complaints are not taken seriously we complained about cigarette smell coming from our heater three times nothing was done about it. They have a sign that reads no smoking within 25 feet of entrance but the designated smoking area is located about 10 feet from our door no to mention it's right next to the laundry room. The property manager Gigi Gonzalez never replies to messages she claims she's your "friend" in the time of being there and does nothing about anything. Contacted property manager about an issue with mud bees building nests all over the outside of the complex. In the past they would send out people to spray the nests off but now they said it was up to me to fix. Really! I am responsible for taking care of the complex that has 4 other tenants. What started as a few nests has doubled in a week and has now mover next to the vent that leads to the attic. Once they get in there we will see whos problem it is. Maybe some legal advice.

The property managers at Graf will tell you anything to get you to resign your lease. I was told the parking situation would be fixed and am still waiting for it after a few months.I am sure there is a law about lying to the tenants. Thank goodness I still have the recorded message saved on my answering machine. If they were any kind of place they would stick with their promises. If not, maybe a lawyer can help.
