Our electrician went out of business and we happened to call Graf. What a wonderful accident! They sent Rick out. He was so pleasant, professional, efficient, and neat. Later we had to replace a ceiling fan, so we called and asked for Rick again. Again , 100% satisfaction. While he was balancing the new fan blades, my wife mentioned that we had another fan which the previous company had installed that was vibrating badly. Always a pleasure to work with the team. Recently have had them do several things for our Church and as always, they did a great job. Planning on doing more with them in the near future.
This is the third time that I have used Graf Electric and it was as usual a positive experience. The tech arrived on time, completed the tasks and everything was left in neat order. Great company to deal with.
Although I seemed to have problems getting in contact with Graf and then with the bill, I have to say that they did all they could to make up for it. They went ahead and honored the certificate, honored that they didn't advise of a cost so didn't charge that. I'm sure I am probably the exception on things that didn't go right from the start but Graf did make up for all the issues
