Had a really, yummy strawberry shortcake sundae with whipped cream but no cherry!!!!
Everyone here is always pleasant and polite. Good quality old fashion customer service that is worth the premium price. We went on National Ice Cream Day and it was busy but not too busy that the manager didn't have time to say hello. She came over and gave my son a balloon and that made his day!
Yum yum yum!!! Can't wait to go back. I got the brownie sundae. Ice cream tastes creamy and freshly made. Highly recommend. Good service too. I also like the way the Pickerington location is decorated. Like an old fashioned ice cream Shoppe. ;)
Graeter's has the best ice cream. Period.
Worth the 2 hour drive! Deliciousness and a clean store with a super friendly staff!

Pricing is rediculous. Almost 6 bucks for an icecream cone? Really? Takes nerve to have pricing like that. Will not return. For Some people that takes almost 1 hour at work to earn 6.00 take home pay after taxes etc.
