This place is the worst!!! So to start, I was occupying a unit at the woods of marlton. My apartment specialist I was dealing with was ms. Arianna and at first she was very decent. The day I moved in December 2nd of last year, she was so rude to the point that afterwards ( me receiving my keys) she apologized!!! They are very unorganized and money hungry. This is by far the WORST management company ive ever dealt with they FAIL to notate notes and renter concens, move in dates be late as hell from what they promise (specifically 3350 at alterra) the management team is horrible they gave us a 1 year concession parking for two cars and ended up still being charged, had and issue with parking with these people gave us a parking spot that ended up being someone elses and got my girlfriends car towed due to their incompetence (missed out on money and work and also had to pay for a... read more
Corporate just as as bad as woods of Marlton. Approved for apartment 4/13 move on date 5/13. No phone call or email just happens to call rental office 5/8 about my deposit to be told I can’t move 5/13. Because the apartment is allegedly flooded. I knew nothing of this. No solution for me to move in or find another apartment. I was told to basically kick rocks. Called and email corporate left voicemails no solutions. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this management company they keep charging me $25 every month since last year even when we already send proof of ours renters insurance they really making money from us plus they took off my family and I from the contract with no reason or comunication if the owner or by president of this company can do anything about please let me know because Beatrice and Temi can't do anything abou it also they just star ignoring my email I hope to hear from someone soon thank you!
