I am very disappointed and frustrated with this management company they keep charging me $25 every month since last year even when we already send proof of ours renters insurance they really making money from us plus they took off my family and I from the contract with no reason or comunication if the owner or by president of this company can do anything about please let me know because Beatrice and Temi can't do anything abou it also they just star ignoring my email I hope to hear from someone soon thank you!
These people do not answer at all. I have been having issues with my property in in regards to retaliation in Temple Hills at Parkway Apartments and it is extremely hard to get ahold of anybody with Grady management!!!!!

The worst management company in the DMV. More about collecting rental funds vs. maintaining apartments in need of serious repairs. Run don't walk away from this management group.
My experience with Discovery Square, Herndon, Va and its management company, Grady Management, has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The leasing staff and management are extremely unprofessional and borderline fraudulent, especially when it comes to handling move-out procedures and financial matters.
