This management company sucks...been a tenant for over 10 years,after many notices in writing to office staff and many calls to Grady Managent corporate refusal to return my voicmiall or in any other form has not addressed my very serous complaint agiast a top staff manager in a very high position .Grady Managment corporate,local office staff makes sure a complaint against one of there own never gets to upper Grady Managment Corporate,maintenance and lower employees are professional.
Insufferable management. Old apartments which need renovated. Major water leak took over a week to even find the root cause and while the apartment is uninhabitable they refuse to help at all or give any empathy other than fake corporate language and finding out the least they can do and get away with. I have paid a “non compliance fee” when their policyvalidator considers a new start date as a lapse in coverage even though never one day did I not have renters insurance.
This place is the worst!!! So to start, I was occupying a unit at the woods of marlton. My apartment specialist I was dealing with was ms. Arianna and at first she was very decent. The day I moved in December 2nd of last year, she was so rude to the point that afterwards ( me receiving my keys) she apologized!!! They are very unorganized and money hungry.
