The worst management company in the DMV. More about collecting rental funds vs. maintaining apartments in need of serious repairs. Run don't walk away from this management group.
My experience with Discovery Square, Herndon, Va and its management company, Grady Management, has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We were at Peter's Creek approximately 3 months! We lived in building 7272. It was our worst experience EVER we were continually harassed by a tenant Barbara that lives in the same building! They have beautiful apartments and management is ok but DONT rent an apartment in building 7272 you will constantly be harassed by Barbara or she will file false complaints on you which she did to us from day one.
