This has been my choice over all providers and today they were not. My appt was at 2. I came at 930. They refused me and no one was there . The front desk called someone and told them I came earlier because I had training today at work. She talked a little more and laughed to tell me it's no staff so I can't be seen. Gave me a reset for the 14th then called and said the 29th. Very unprofessional. I declined and will find a new provider. This is my birth control. I can't wait that long. I had a miscarriage at home. I was only a few weeks pregnant. This was our first baby so we didn’t know what to really do. My husband brought the baby with us to the hospital. The doctor had the baby thrown away in front of me in the GARBAGE! She showed no sympathy and was on to the next. The medical student was very kind and checked on us. Thank God for the nurse, (this is why I give it 2 stars instead of 1). Worst OBGYN I have ever been to. First of all every appointment took around 5 hours. Secondly, getting a doctor or nurse on the phone is a joke. Lastly, they make you sign consent forms and then don’t do anything with it. I signed consent forms for birth control a month ago. Then they scheduled me for a 4 week postpartum appointment when I’ll be 9 weeks postpartum and told me they would put me on waitlist. That never happened. I had to call this office 5X before I was put on waitlist!! I mean seriously this place is pretty m... read more
Erica Scott MD was absolutely amazing. She was patient. She listened to all of my anxious concerns and she really makes you comfortable.
It sucks trying to make an appointment and they have you on hold for over 2 hours just to hang up on you. Reason why I told L&D at Emory I didn't want to go to Grady after having a bad experience with them twice before
