I walked their last month needing assistance on getting glasses, the caucasian female receptionist was short, impatient, and very unhelpful. She wrote me off immediately and did not care to help one bit, ridiculous. However the older African American lady tried helping me with my insurance card. Get a better receptionist. Don't go here. Id love to hear back and actually get some help, as this optometrist is close to work.
I went to have an eye exam and get glasses. The office staff was unorganized and dressed inappropriately for a medical office. Dr. Williams dilated my eyes and then sent me out to glasses manager for frames. I was not able to see well since my eyes were dilated, but I picked frames. The manager charged me $100 more than she should have. 30 minutes after I left I called to cancel the glasses b/c I felt like I was pushed into buying them. She told me I could not cancel. Horrible experience.
