I have been trying to order a gift card for my mom by phone but the line has been busy for days….. there is no where online to order. Don’t you want my business? How do I get in touch with you??????
I bought a series for waxing and then before I could complete the series they called and canceled my appointment and now won’t return my calls or messages. I’ve never left a negative review like this but they have basically taken my money and now won’t provide the service that I paid for. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
I've been trying to get in touch to ask a question, but they don't answer e-mails, I can't reach a person on the phone and their voice mailbox is full.
Will cancel appointment morning of and will not pick up the phone. Beware
