Unbelievable disrespect to me and my group, couldn’t even talk to a manger about my experience. Unbelievable disappointment in the visit.
First time here, great location and eventual experience on the rooftop. A quick rain shower passed and the staff was hesitant to open the open rooftop but after the bar quickly filled, and no immediate threat of rain, they opened the space. Only one concern was our pillows, couldn’t get comfortable with the provided pillows (probably should start bringing our own) but otherwise great experience. Loved the MSU themes throughout the hotel. Breakfast vouchers were an added bonus.
Comfort and quality, fair price, small details here and there but great overall. Great water pressure, room comfort, decor, and cleanliness.
I stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Lansing, Michigan, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired--starting from the moment I arrived. After a 10.5-hour drive, the last thing I expected was to be greeted by an inept, sensitive sally of a valet. This kid (and I use that term intentionally) asked if I wanted to valet. I simply asked, "Where else is there parking?"--a fair question. But apparently, that was too much for this entitled snowflake, who proceeded to tell me that I was being rude and offensive.
