My girlfriend and I both got finger tattoos. The artist told us they would fade and we understood so he proceeded to say to come back in for a touch up, which was greatly appreciated! So I scheduled a week in advance for the touch ups and even called to confirm that day. Well when we got there they said oh since he's not getting paid he only does one touch up a week and he's already doing someone.
