Extremely misled by Ralphie on Saturday, December 20th. Drafts were unacceptable. He specifically asked that I pay a CASH deposit. When I stated that I wanted my deposit returned, he indicated that they don't refund money. This was to be a Christmas gift. Grade A (Ralphie) proved to be an extremely disappointing experience. I will be contacting the BBB.

This place suck got a tattoo from them back in 2007 and they fuck up the tattoo and never finish it and when I went back to have them fix it and finish it they want more money then what I pay for it in the first place. I went to colts timeless tattoos and they fix it, made it bigger and finish it for half of what I pay grade a. I will never go to you guys again! You suck
