I would not recommend Grade A Realty from a property owner's perspective OR tenant's perspective. Here's why: From day 1 we were upfront and transparent with Amir (the owner) that we might need to sublease. He stated this wouldn't be a problem and I told him we would help provide as much notice as possible and even help get it subleased out. He has been dishonest throughout the entire process.
