Me and my husband called around to several different HVAC companies before we ran across Grade A Heating and Air's ad on craigslist. They came out the same day to give us a quote and did the install on 2 of our properties the next day. We were satisfied with their quality of work and their knowledge of what was being done. I just purchased my 2 story condo in May 2016. The seller used Grade A Heating and Air to install a new HVAC unit per our binding agreement. I moved in and realized that the AC isn't working. I called the company, and they came out on Friday May 27th. They said that the pipe was frozen...really??? Whatever they did, obviously didn't work! I was trying to reach them unsuccessfully. It's 80 degrees in the house, and the thermostat is set on 73. I have a heart condition, and I do not tolerate the heat well. It is under warranty... read more
