Mexican Food without the guilt! Wonderfully fresh & guilt-free healthy, organic, nutrient rich gourmet Mexican influenced cuisine. I love Mexican food, but it doesn't always love me - the lard, refried beans, large quantity of cheese and such - but at Gracias Madre, I get all the flavors I adore, but in a local, organic, nutrient dense (and even more tasty!) form.
