Who ever drives their truck is words I can't say. Cut me off and a school bus! Never uses blinkers. And judging other reviews, I'd stay away. Plus they gave them selfs five stars lol
Bad service! We had an appointment today and he called and said he couldn’t come to our house because we had dogs and hung up on us
Would have gave this company a negative 5 star if it was an option. I explained exactly what was wrong with my spa & that I had already researched that it was one of 2 switches and before we started buying all kinds of parts we didn't need we thought we would have a "PROFESSIONAL" look at it. My 13 yr old granddaughter could have done more than he "Frank", the so called "ROUTE MANAGER" did.... all he did from the moment he got here was ask for a check. He has done the best work I have seen in a long time! he came out the other day. We had set up the appointment and he let me know he was super busy but will try to squeeze me in. Which of course he did! he only charged me $85 for cleaning my pool! I also needed my heater for my spa to be replaced everyone else was quoting me 1200-1400 for replacing it. But amazing FRANK only charged me $900 for replacing it. I Can honestly say he is the best pool and spa guy I could have! I won't be going anywhere else but with Frank!
