I have honk this is a fake business. He claimed the office is on 5500 Stockdale. I drove to the location and it was the post office. He claim it is and office behind the post office but I never got to visit it. The transition of payment he put invoice on my door and a week later he comes and pick up the payment from my door. The method was short lived. Then place it in a box at the tenant’s home and he’ll pick it up. Again short lived. I notice he cashes the check a month after given to him. How confusing.
