This happened about 2 years ago, but I had to wait that long because I needed the opinion of another dentist. Oh goodness! Where do I begin? Walked in for an appointment, and was handed an iPad to fill out health history and other pertinent information. I thought, "Fancy!". Then the exams started, and my actual nightmare began. They apparently had this new "very fancy" machine for x-rays that somehow wouldn't work when they tried to get the x-rays. So they had to do the long way which I didn't mind. Horrible the worst communication and planning. Today they gave topical and when I disagreed about what they communicated for a plan last time they asked me to leave. Calling dental board. Never go here...
