Lied about treatment plan. Took long time to get appts. Staff and Dr. K unprofessional. I would not recommend
I had a crown and a few fillings done with Dr. Kay. He was always very professional and gentle! The equipment was top notch, coming from someone who fixes dental equipment😀 I hope I don't need more work done soon, but if I do, I will definitely be in good hands with Dr. Kay!
Best dental experience i have ever had with my child. My son has autism and has a lot of sensory issues and extreme dental anxiety, so much that at past dentist visits(elsewhere) we have had to leave without finishing exams, dental work etc. Jessica was so kind, patient, taking the time to explain each thing she would be doing, showing him each tool, explaining its purpose, showing him how things felt on his hand before invading his mouth, she seemed to know just the right things to do to help put him at ease. Great experience. They did a great job putting all of our kids (ages three, six, and eight) at ease. They let each of our kids watch the hygienist and dentist check the adults' teeth first (I mean my kid was right next to my face the entire time completely fascinated by everything that the dentist and hygienist were doing) so that they knew exactly what to expect when it was their turn, which put them completely at ease. Was at gracepoint again yesterday, this time with my 5 year old that had high anxiety about her visit in fact, hystarically crying, by the time we got to the exam room she had settled down with help from Jessica! Thank you for helping Bayley and being very patient with her and giving her the time she needed to relax! This was a great experience for her and me too. ♡
Loved a dentist office??? Yes. These people are top notch, kind, professional and have high tech equipment.
