I am a new person to the grace med on s. Meridian .I was running late because traffic was backed up on West Kellogg. I tried calling to say I am running a little late. But got no answer .I get there and was told I was 15 mentures late .I told the girl I tried to call and traffic was backed up. She didn't care .She was rude . The dental side was only the busiest other side was nobody. But now I have to wait till Aug 11th..

Overall it was a good visit but did not like being shushed by the optometrist... The female staff was beyond excellent tho

The way people talk to you in this place is horrible. The people you call and talk to are even worse. They will lie and make you think everything is taken care of. Til you get a bill that was supposed to be taken care of and now we got shoulder shrugs. The health care industry is horrible. They don't care about you. They care about the money. Update: 4 years later and my review stands true. Got another surprise bill and a bunch of shoulder shrugs.
