I cannot say enough good about this place. From the receptionist to the Dr and lab tech. All were very attentive helpful and treated me with the utmost respect. I can't thank them enough.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I scheduled flu vaccines for my four children a week ago. I made it clear to the lady scheduling the appointments that I wanted my kids to miss as little school as possible so I needed to find appointments that were either before school or after school, which is hard to do because their operating hours are pretty much during school hours but I decided on an 8 AM appointment so that my kids would miss as little school as possible. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Dr Allen is the worst when it comes to patient care. She wants to see me every four months but when I take time and miss work to come to my appointments, I barely get three minutes of her time. This most recent visit she walked out of the room as I was still talking and never even came back. Sent the lab tech to take me for a blood draw and sent me on my way. What kind of place this?
