Tried calling them last week a day on advance to cancel my appointment..I tried for over an hour and they didn't pick up so I got punished for missing an appointment I was trying to cancel. Bravo
I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely walking into a place of business. I was going in to inquire about acquiring a new primary care physician. After 35 seconds in the room I discovered why there are so many bad reviews. The receptionist that was there (male) needs serious training on how to be considerate and kind. It's a hard no for me based on his behavior today.
I cannot say enough good about this place. From the receptionist to the Dr and lab tech. All were very attentive helpful and treated me with the utmost respect. I can't thank them enough.
Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I scheduled flu vaccines for my four children a week ago. I made it clear to the lady scheduling the appointments that I wanted my kids to miss as little school as possible so I needed to find appointments that were either before school or after school, which is hard to do because their operating hours are pretty much during school hours but I decided on an 8 AM appointment so that my kids would miss as little school as possible.
