Waited nearly an hour past scheduled appointment time for an immunization and lab draw. Appointment at 7:45, but wasn't seen until 8:40. Staff didn't return to administer the vaccination until 9:04. So what would be a 10 minute walk in at any other office took well over an hour Disorganized. Rude nursing/support staff. It took them 55 minutes to "figure out what tubes they need" to draw a lab.
