Doctors and staff are very friendly, experienced, and make visits comfortable and convenient.
I came in today to see if I could get another stool sample done. They gave me the samples and the nurse asked if I knew how to do it. I said yes because I had done it several weeks ago. So, I get my samples and take them back within the same hour. They call me and tell me they can't accept the samples because they are supposed to be done over a period of 3 days. I give this place a one-star rating because of the doctor alone. I went in there for a problem that could have been a million different things. And the doctor basically blew me off and gave me the easiest answer they could. Since then I have done my own research and changed things about my life and fixed the problem myself. I will never be returning to that place again.
Yeah terrible care from Marsha waters absolutely horrible I never seen such an uncaring,,, person? I can't even call her a doctor. I dont trust her with my health I'm not sure she really knows what she is doing. She seemed to be irritated because I had questions and didn't give me any real answers
Marsha Waters is a terrible doctor. She does not care, and is easily irritated. Tries to invalidate your needs by down playing them. Do not recommend her.
