GraceMed Dodge and Meridian have been working with me to manage a few health issues I've been dealing with the last few years. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and so far incredibly proficient. GraceMed kind of reminds me of Kaiser Permanente, but way back in the day when they were competent, caring, and capable. I highly recommend GraceMed.
Ive had a great experience so far. Ive been rhere 4x for an ongoing issue and to hear a doctor say that she doesnt give shots/steroids unless she has to, was enough for me to make this place my primary care. The nurses are kind and the front desk is friendly. I have carpal tunnel and its painful. To be heard and cared for feels amazing. I csn actually listen to the advice because I know Ive been heard.
Doctors and staff are very friendly, experienced, and make visits comfortable and convenient.
I came in today to see if I could get another stool sample done. They gave me the samples and the nurse asked if I knew how to do it. I said yes because I had done it several weeks ago. So, I get my samples and take them back within the same hour. They call me and tell me they can't accept the samples because they are supposed to be done over a period of 3 days. I give this place a one-star rating because of the doctor alone. I went in there for a problem that could have been a million different things. And the doctor basically blew me off and gave me the easiest answer they could. Since then I have done my own research and changed things about my life and fixed the problem myself. I will never be returning to that place again.
