Paloma at the front desk receptionist was highly rude to my mother during the visit. Wouldn’t recommend her to check people in!
I’m so grateful for Grace Med. They have helped my brother with his health and medication. His doctor is so wonderful and caring. All I can say is thank you for all you do with people that don’t have very much money. Thank you and God Bless You guys.
I am a new patient and my appt. Was great loved the staff but trying to call..talk to a nurse..forget it..I've been calling for 3 weeks almost daily now. The nurses dont take time to check answering service..then you call front desk your put on hold then they say the nurse will call you back shortly..next day..nothing..call again..same story ..call again..oh now im waiting on a provider to respond..THREE WEEKS??!! Somebody needs to get their crap together. PS .. still waiting..
Front desk staff is always very rude! They make it seem and feel like you’re a burden for being there. I’ve had to go there for the past month and every time I walk in there I never get a “hi how may I help you?” it’s just a “NEXT” and a hand motion telling me to go up to the desk.
