About 8 years ago, I was in an accident in downtown Pittsburgh. As a result of the damage, I was unable to drive the car but the AAA tow truck driver suggested towing the car to Graceland Automotive. At that time, I had not heard of Graceland Automotive and was a bit leery of having my car repaired by an unfamiliar organization. I'm writing to rave about the outstanding body work and service I got at Graceland! From the very beginning the estimate was done and sent to my insurance carrier(Erie) Graceland is an approved repair shop for Erie, my lucky day!! My agent then wrote a check to myself and Graceland from the estimate and I scheduled my car. I went to Graceland Automotive, but never got around to writing the review. To all of the people who suffered as I suffered, forgive me for not warning you sooner. I got caught in a snow storm on Christmas and had an accident. My insurance company, Geico, towed my car to Graceland for the body work. Excellent Service!! – Graceland Automotive worked on my Volvo C70 that had front end collision damage. They made the entire process very easy, when I dropped the car off; they had a rental car already waiting for me. They ordered the new parts the same day I dropped it off and called me several times along the process to keep me well informed of the status and completion date. Steer Clear of Graceland Auto – I want to share my simply horrid experience at Pittsburgh auto body shop, Graceland Auto, with you so you won't have to experience the simply disgraceful customer service that I did.
