Very disappointing experience. My wife went here for a manicure and pedicure. During the manicure, her valuable ring was removed from her hand because it was apparently in the way, and the staff kept it aside. Unfortunately, she forgot to ask for it back before leaving. Went for pedicure, the service did not last over 20 minutes even after prior confirmation of dupair the service of 30minutes. Anywhere I’ve been the duration is as promised whether you put colour or no, condition of the feet. If we go in with bad feet doesn’t mean they will put in extra time so why decrease the amount of time of service by claiming feet are in good condition. Me and my husband went for pedicure. I called in advance to ask about the cost/duration of pedicure but no color for either of us. To my surprise, the pedicure was finished within 15 minutes…. And when i asked the lady, that wasn’t the pedicure supposed to last 30 minutes as told on call and she said 10 minutes are for colour lol, I specifically asked for no colour duration. I’m extremely disappointed with this nail salon. My mom got gel nails done the day before her three-month trip to India, and they started chipping the same day. I called the salon on the way to the airport, and they promised they’d fix it when she returned. Now, three months later, they say it’s not their problem. How can you do a service that chips in one day and then say it’s not on you? This is terrible customer service—no accountability and zero flexibility. I would never recommend this place.
