They were rude. I asked to let my feet soak and they rushed to do my feet to get me out of there. It was a non busy Thursday afternoon. I could see if there were customers waiting, there wasn't, they also had free workers to take customers if they had walked in. I will never go back there.

I’m only giving one star because there’s no option for 0 but I do give 1 star because I do like how my nails came out, but I will not be a returning customer because they are very very RUDE! As soon as I walked in, this was my first time coming in I called ahead and asked about their services and told them I would come in 10 minutes. They mostly just talk and skip over some steps manicures and pedicures. Breeze right through the job if you’re not paying attention. The owner is very rude.
who started peeling the acrylic off my nails, after I asked for a soak off, had brown gunk under her nails. It looked like fecal matter. I grabbed my things and left. They DO NOT sanitize their stations or tools and judging by the nail techs own finger nails I doubt they’re washing their hands either. Not one glove or mask in site! One nail tech was coughing over another clients nails because she didn’t use a mask while she was drilling! Reused dirty drill bits too.
