I filled out the online form to book a free consultation over the weekend. On Monday I was contacted via text to confirm an appointment for Wednesday. I was then sent a link to join their online platform SimplePractice. Before I even got to enter in any personal information I had to agree to the terms of service for SimplePractice which included me waiving my right to any legal action or arbitration in the even that my data was leaked.
