Cold and condescending, checked her watch multiple times and acted annoyed when I asked her to check my moles (even though it was 1 of 2 things I made appt for) and said "really quick I can look at one or two". When I asked questions she responded flippantly, saying things like "could be". She seemed to just want to prescribe drugs- whether they were needed or not she didn't really care and seemed most concerned with hurrying me out. Love seeing Dr Kimmel, she’s so kind and listens to your concerns. She is up to date on new meds and procedures and I like that! Fresh ideas! She’s been so helpful to me and I have recommended her to family and friends!

I’m sitting in my car writing this review immediately after my appointment because I’m honestly so frustrated and disappointed with how the visit went. The entire appointment lasted about five minutes. Dr. Kimmel walked in, briefly looked at my rash, gave me a diagnosis, and wrote a prescription. There was no skin testing, blood work, or much discussion about how she came to the diagnosis. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, my overall experience was a little disappointing. I do want to acknowledge that the front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The process of scheduling the appointment, however, involved several transfers between scheduling and registration, which made the process much longer than I felt was necessary.
