I live in New Jersey. My husband needed to renew his green card so after searching online, I found this place. I called and the gentleman was very kind, he was so knowledgeable. He sent us all the necessary documentation (big package) to my NJ house. All we needed to do was sign the paperwork and send it back to Grace Translation. They took care of everything. Awful customer service. They’re listed as open but when I called in to request service they just hang up and yell at you in mandarin when you call back. Do not use this service
