Really enjoyed my experience at Grace Therapy and Wellness. The owner, Grace, matched me with a therapist based on what I was looking for and it ended up being a perfect fit. She really listened to what I was looking for made sure that it was a match on both sides.

I went for a while and posted a pretty scathing review instead of reaching out to them personally, something I should have done instead. I talked it all out with Grace and feel a lot better about the practice and therapy in general now. I let stressors in my life get to me and threw blame around.

Grace and her team are kind, warm, and professional. Grace's team has a variety of specialties and niche and you'll be sure to find someone that is an expert on your difficulty or with your children if you are a parent.
