They take forever and are always behind.
Im about to find my son another clinic everytime I call I get put on hold and no one NEVER!! Clicks back over. I been trying to set my son yearly appointment but keep getting put on hold. Been coming here for about 6 years. Very disappointing
Zero stars I took my baby to get her first shots and they said "lemme go see what we have in stock....me her going back and now I can't reach them to get my records
I saw dr anderson over a week ago. She said she wanted to put me on a new prescription but wanted to talk with my other dr to see if it conflicts with any of my other medications. That was over a week ago. I've done everything I can to try to help this process along. My other dr has confirmed that it's ok but dr anderson is still delaying.
Im a new patient and I feel like im being treated unfairly. I had a MRI done 6/27 and the results was faxed to them 6/28. They never reached out to me to say we got your results. I had to call the Imaging place to see what was the results( sent the results throuh email.)Today Im supposed to get those results 7/29 from this clinic. But now this clinic is saying my insurance havnt paid a claim that was sent 6/18 ( my second visit in June ) . Im non spanish speaking and they sent a doctor to speak to me and he can barely speak ... read more
