Grace Ruiz is excellent!! I have been going to her for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. She takes the time and knows my hair. She always makes me look great! For a while I was going to her every week for a blow out and felt like a million dollars when I walked out. She did hair and makeup at both my daughter’s weddings. Grace is the best!!
