Do not use this company. They don't have insurance and did not cooperate when their truck hit my parked car.
We moved items from Sydney to Auckland and the service from packing stage to delivery was very smooth. We received items without any damages . Very Happy

I am still discovering the things they broke and damaged. Rather than reassemble my bed properly they rammed it back together, breaking the metal fixings, so it's now collapsing. They also dropped a cabinet due to ridiculously overloading a trolley, and damaged an expensive and specially-packed piece of art by dragging it across the road. Of their 3-man teams, one knows what he's doing, one is average and one is a liability.
