Missing some items and have been ghosted. It’s been over a week since I emailed with no reply. I have also had to chase up with every single step of the process. I used OSS movers last time and they were 10/10.
Our experience with Grace Removals Sydney was extremely stressful and unprofessional from start to finish. We were told by Rose that she had “100 moves to deal with” and was too busy to properly manage ours. After customs clearance, we then waited nine days before our belongings were delivered to us, which strongly suggests serious overbooking relative to available staff. Grace Removals’ pre and post-service administration has been appalling. Moved from Canada back to Australia. I settled all payments they advised me about and have no storage agreement in place, yet I continue to receive invoices for unexplained charges 3 months later. The burden has been placed entirely on me to dispute and correct errors that should never have occurred. Issuing payment demands without contractual basis is unacceptable.
