They were completely not transparent about their fees and added hidden charges after my furniture had already been shipped overseas. What was supposed to be a door-to-door service turned into extra “shuttle” and other unexpected costs that were never mentioned upfront. I felt ripped off and misled. Overall experience was very good. The person who did the quote was very professional. The team that picked us up were very hard working and respectful. While our goods were in storage, we were kept informed by the Wollongong Manager. The delivery was on time and very carefully handled. If there was one small but of criticism it would be that the communication between all the different people we had contact with, seemed to be lacking. But overall we were very happy with the service we received.
