Very happy with service. So glad I found Grace Pharmacy. Will definitely recommend.
I never give reviews, but my experience at Grace Pharmacy prompted a change of heart. I get my prescriptions in a very timely manner, usually <5 minutes. This is drastically different from the "chain pharmacies" I previously frequented - where a 20 minute wait was the norm. My prescriptions are on average 70% less at Grace, plus my payment info is kept on file. The entire staff is courteous, professional & seemingly intent on providing exceptional service - earning customers for life by going above and beyond with a smile.
Warning: under new management! This place has no idea what customer services is. I waited for a week to get a seizure medication filled. When they finally got around to it, knowing I needed this medication, they didn't bother to arrange for delivery. This medicine is for my disabled son, who is bound to a wheelchair and does not have easy access getting his medicine.
