Living here and being so close to everything is the best feeling for my wife and I but what makes it so much more special is the quality and support of the office. Heather and Dania are always a phone call or click away to always answer any questions we have with confidence and care. I highly recommend this complex!
This is a very nice and well-maintained community. Heather and Dania in the office are always great, and Joshua and Eduardo in maintenance are awesome people. This is a great community in a great location with everything you need within walking distance.
My experience at Grace Park Apartments has been excellent. Every maintenance request I submitted was handled promptly, and any time I had a question, Heather Comilloni provided clear and helpful answers. Her support made my stay even better.
We have lived here since summer of 2024 and have loved it. All the neighbors are super friendly, it’s great to be able to walk to restaurants and the gym and it’s so close to the Food Lion for groceries. Living so close to the green way is also great.
