I really appreciate Eduardo taking his time helping me with a work order. He is really respectful and friendly. He also gave me a follow up information and care instructions. Communication is key for me and he gave me that. Thank you!!
All I can say is roaches that they can't get rid of. Terminex won't even listen to your concerns. Excuse is that they come from outside. You explain that you literally saw one come from the vent in the ceiling. Told it is not possible. It is if they are coming from another unit. Just done with this place. Been dealing with this since I moved in in February. April of next year cant come fast enough. I worked with Heather, the manager at Grace Park, and was able to resolve the issues with the application I initially had. She was completely nice and understanding. I'm happy that I can change my review from one to a five-star. Entire staff understood that moving is stressful and wanted to make sure I actually got accepted into their nice community.
