I am telling you for what my family member pays in rent a month they should not deal with any issues what so ever. When someone complains about an issue fix it especially for the price you charge someone your tenants should not have any issues that was not handled right away!!! Respectfully learn to respect your tenants and their rights!!

Everything has been going well. It's a secure environment with a vibrant community. After nearly four years of living at Grace Park, I have not encountered any of the typical landlord, tenant, property, or safety problems that often arise in these rental situations, so they have consistently met my expectations. All I can say is roaches that they can't get rid of. Terminex won't even listen to your concerns. Excuse is that they come from outside. You explain that you literally saw one come from the vent in the ceiling. Told it is not possible. It is if they are coming from another unit. Just done with this place. Been dealing with this since I moved in in February. April of next year cant come fast enough.
