One star because the pedicure looks ok, however my manicure was pooorly done, cut Noneee of my cuticles, nails were veryyy thin lost nails same week. Money hungry is all. Save your time & money!!!
Been going here on and off for 25 years and no matter how long I stay away the staff remembers me, love my nails each time because they listen and do exactly what I want. Never heavy on the gel or acrylic, shaping is always done right. This place is a community staple among us woman, I came in today with nails that was months old and jacked up from a salon up the block. If I can give 0 stars I could. They’re only worried about tips and money. I went there with boyfriend he got a pedi and I got a pedi and mani. My pedi was mediocre, but when she was doing my pedicure, it was bumpy and messed up. She cut me multiple times, I need a band aid. She didn’t apologize. She accused me of messing up the nails when I was seven nails that was messed up. We spoke to two people to try and get my nails fixed and they didn’t want to fix it, so they just scrubbed it off. First timer: Not good with design, not good with painting technique, period. Very dissatisfied. Don't spend your money here.
Got a gel pedicure here and 3 of the nails came off within 3 days, lol. I can laugh about it now, but I won't be spending $50 here again.
