Disappointed that this was my last visit to Grace Nails. I've been going to this place for years, especially for the spa pedicures. Grace and the staff are usually very friendly. This time I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure. The person I had was new to me and was nice, but rushed through both services. The coats of nail polish look uneven and too light that you can still see my cuticles underneath especially for the gel manicure. They used to be good but have gone down hill, and wanted me to tip well. The incompetence of the girl that did my nails was baffling.
Early in March, I decided to switch my nail salon after more than several years. I am ecstatic that I have found Grace Nails! Alex and Grace were welcoming, professional, and talented. The entire salon seemed to work beautifully. With this experience and how remarkably clean Grace Nails environment is, I don't believe I will ever leave.
