My appointment at Grace Nails was really good from start to finish. Parking was readily available. I was greeted immediately. I had two stylist, one for the manicure and one for the pedicure. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. I then had 2 lollipops, paid and left. I will be returning and I will recommend Grace Nails to my friends.

Got pedicures and they did a great job. The staff are awesome, it’s clean, good prices and a nice atmosphere to be in!!

I’ve called and they’ve said they accept walk-ins. I walked in and a man told me to pick a color for my pedicure. As I’m picking the color a woman approaches me and said says you have apt? I said no here for a pedicure. She said no we can’t take anyone. When I replied he just told me to pick the color she said “he don’t know.” Super awkward. Won’t be returning. There are ways to relay messages to customers and to keep your whole staff in the loop.
