Pros: great location, roomy apartments, decent price Cons: high noise levels, cops in the parking lot every few days, and the worst management you'll ever have. I don't usually review apartments or really any place that I have a bad experience at, but after being abused at this place and the manager having absolutely no compassion for me when I was needing to flee the residency-- I think this place deserves 1 star.
Weirdest experience I’ve ever had with a landlord. Was inquiring about a room for rent. What the girl on the lease said and explained was very different from what the landlord requirements were. She gave me his number for any further questions, which I had. When clarifying details, he started yelling and asking “does that make sense to you?!” Multiple times.
