This doctor gave a very bad impression for my first visit and highly unprofessional. I happen to be doing a zoom call for my first meeting and the connection started off bad then got worse and connection was lost. Instead of the doctor trying to immediately get back into the meeting room or trying to call me by phone or email to continue the meeting, she instead decides to jump to her next patient and begin that appointment. Dr. KimShe a beautiful caring doctor. The problem you can’t talk to the staff there. Out sourcing to an answer service is ridiculously insane. Instead hire more people to answer phone calls. I am so dismayed with the type of service you don’t get from being understaffing. Where are the live people, it’s all automated. Save your staff and get direct service from your office. Other wise you get poor services from answering service. Communication is so critical from a patient of yours.Thank you!!!
Surprised to receive an intake appt quickly, turns out it was just a 15min appt. No onboarding whatsoever, was not told about nor given access to the app. The after visit summary was not visible on the app or web, had to ask staff to send it directly. The summary was full of incorrect information and was incomplete. There were no notes from the doctor. This office staff drops more balls than a dozen one armed Tyrannosaurus rexes playing a rousing game of catch. If you want to get the right medicine at the right time, run - don’t walk, somewhere else.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for quite a while now and have no hesitation in strongly recommending her. She is a very caring and competent doctor who has outstanding listening skills. Her staff is extremely supportive and very quick to respond to queries and requests. Thank you Dr. Kim for the great work you do!

I came to Dr. Kim about a year and a half ago, as a fairly complex patient with a rare endocrine disorder. She was able to dive right into my care without issues. She knowledgeably answers my questions and even offered a specialty pharmacy that I didn't know about so that I could continue getting one of my brand medications at a cheaper price. The office staff is horrible. It took them three (3!) weeks to correctly reorder a medication I was already on. They couldn’t get it right. I spent countless calls with them trying to explain it thinking it was clear only to have my insurance call saying they were not calling in what I was already taking so it had to be denied as what they were calling in was not covered.
